Other trips planned are as follows:

The Fun Stuff: As a testimonial, my girls and I went to the first one last year and had a great time! It was hands-on and so interesting... The marsh is an amazing resource so close to home. The naturalist did a great job engaging the kids! And they really do put on a top-notch program.
After the class, you can look inside the center and see all the neat things they have to offer. Or you can explore more of the trails along the marsh. The are picnic areas at the center, if you wish to do lunch there.

Come here to see what field trips are on the docket, both initiated by myself and others. I will try to keep links to trip sites on the side bar.
You can let me (and others) know if you are coming on a particular trip by commenting on that trip or sending an email to me or the person planning the trip. Make sure to include your name, number attending, and any additional information the planner asks for.
Hopefully this will be easier than it sounds. If you have any questions or suggestions, do not hesitate to let me know.
Oh! Are you wondering what this is? I will back up a little then...
Eager Beavers is a homeschool field trip network. This is basically a forum to let area homeschool families know about field trips that others are planning. Going in numbers and being classified as a "school group" is so helpful in getting in on educational experiences in many different places. Besides, it gives us all a chance to know each other better, our children get to learn together, and all without the big commitment to a homeschool group.
I am very excited for my family to begin learning and adventuring with yours!
